Summary

Established in 2005, Project Ethos is a special event that combines music, fashion and art. Artists, such as past performers, Bruno Mars, LMFAO and Far East Movement, are given the opportunity to perform in a setting far from a typical gig. The event attracts industry, media, press and fans and has come into the reputation for consistently finding true emerging talent. Project Ethosis will be held in San Francisco at Ruby Skye on April 14, 2011. It is looking for artists that can bring current, cutting edge music that creates an awesome vibe, without being too aggressive or too mellow./n/nEstablished in 2005, Project Ethos is a special event that combines music, fashion and art. It is looking for artists that can bring current, cutting edge music that creates an awesome vibe, without being too aggressive or too mellow. Genres that work best include pop, electro, dance, rock, urban, hip hop (or any music that appears at popular music festivals, like Coachella). The band(s) should have some level of touring experience, established fan base and quality recordings.

Here’s what selected artists get:

  • Artists will be compensated. This amount will be negotiated at the time of booking.

  • Exposure while performing live in front of 1000-2000 people at the event, as well as music industry people and press.

Submitting artist (signed or unsigned) must be based in California, as travel and hotel accommodations will not be provided. A professional video crew and photographers will cover the event, so the selected band will have access to footage and photos to use at their discretion.

Past performers include Bruno Mars, LMFAO, Far East Movement, Colbie Caillat, Tyrone Wells, Carney, Voxhaul Broadcast, Miguel (all were booked prior to their current level of success).
