Summary

Public Assembly, Williamsburg's Indie Nightclub, is looking for four to five bands to play 35-40 minute sets in each of their main rooms. The shows take place Sunday through Thursday nights, and at least ten Sonicbids members are guaranteed to perform. Compensation varies depending on the event taking place that night, but is usually 80% after the first 10 people./n/nPublic Assembly, Williamsburg's Indie Nightclub, is looking for four to five bands to play 35-40 minute sets in each of their main rooms. The shows take place Sunday through Thursday nights, and at least ten Sonicbids members are guaranteed to perform.

While they accept a variety of genres, Public Assembly asks that submitting artists have a minimum draw of 10-15 people for each show. Compensation varies depending on the event taking place that night, but is usually 80% after the first 10 people. They book one to two months prior to the date of the show, and their complete backline is listed on their website under the "ABOUT" section.



Built out of an old industrial factory, this nearly 4000 square foot space has been the place to go for dance parties, local and national touring bands, Monday night burlesque, renown international DJs, open mic, karaoke, film screenings and more in Brooklyn's exploding neighborhood of Williamsburg for over a decade.
