Casbah Radio has been playing favorites and new local music mixed in with anything and everything since June of 2001. Radio Mike began his show in New York, featuring anti-folk favorites from the East Village. He moved to Austin in late 2004 and his show now features local music from almost every corner of the musical globe. They will play anything and everything as long as it's good, except for loud screaming metal, which doesn't seem to mix in with everything else./n/nRadio Casbah has been playing favorite tracks, new local music and a smörgåsbord of other tunes since June of 2001. Radio Casbah has a particular fascination with musical contrasts to see where the muse will take us. Listen to the shows to see what all of this means creatively and musically.



Radio Casbah will play anything and everything so long as it's good. There are exceptions to every rule, so contact them with any questions. They aim to have at least one podcast per week, and are recruiting individual genre DJs and local DJs if you are interested or know friends who are.
