Summary
The Reach Ireland Music Tour is an annual ten day event dedicated to furthering the careers of emerging musicians from all over the world and to the promotion of Ireland as a country where emerging music of the highest quality is supported and appreciated.
Every year Reach aims to provide four emerging international acts the opportunity to gain increased exposure and experience playing to a foreign audience by running the tour in top Irish music venues in conjunction with well established and high profile Irish acts.
Last year in 2003, Reach included artists from the US, Canada and the UK. Please see our web site for footage and testimonials of last yearÂ’s tour.
After a lengthy selection process where all short-listed acts are met and perform in their respective countries for representatives from Reach, the tour operates on the basis that all costs for the four selected acts including flights, accommodation and internal touring costs are covered for the ten days by Karma Productions and associated sponsors.
With a total of eight fully promoted shows in some of Ireland's top music venues, each of the four acts also get the opportunity to visit some of Ireland's most popular cultural locations taking in the overall Irish musical and cultural experience.
