Rebecca Minkoff Seeking Songs for Promo Video (Fall '11)

Video Details:

• A track is needed for Rebecca Minkoff's Fall 2011 lookbook. It will be a one to three minute branding video used for wholesale promotion and will run on her site and other web outlets in the Spring.

Submission Criteria:

• Something more on the produced side as opposed to the traditional instrumentation.


• Genres: indie-pop,electro, trip-hop, experimental
  ambient, and perhaps mashups, remixes, etc.
• The music should ultimately have a nominally 'lighter' or slightly more 'upbeat' feel as opposed to being too 'dark', 'hard' or 'brooding.' 'Quirky' and 'sexy' are always a plus.


• Examples of artists along these lines would be: The XX, LCD Soundsystem, Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger (Sean Lennon), Beck and even old skool stuff like Massive Attack, Kruder & Dorfmeister and beyond.

*Think outside the box. if it's a good track, submit it. An artist may change the promoter's mind.*
