Rebecca Minkoff Seeking Songs for Promo Video (Fall '11)

Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit your music to celebrity designer Rebecca Minkoff, whose accessories have been worn by household names such as Keira Knightley, Reese Witherspoon and Ashley Greene. She's looking for songs to feature in her branding and promotional videos. One track will be for RM's Fall 2011 lookbook. Artists will receive a $300 one-time stipend for this track that will allow for usage online and in NYC taxi cabs. The producers are open to all styles, but are particularly interested in songs resembling the 50's and 60's French 'Yé Yé' style (Serge Gainsbourg, France Gall, etc.), as well as Mid-Century Jazz and 20th Century Classical. Contemporary styles will also Considered, particularly those with a down-tempo feel. See below for specific examples of their preferred genres.

Video Details:

• A track is needed for Rebecca Minkoff's Fall 2011 Look Book, a one to three minute branding video used for wholesale promotion.


• Past videos have been featured as exclusives on fashion outlets like Elle.com, Style.com and other notable sites.

• Selected songs will receive prominent placement and credit, as well as possible future opportunities.


• Artists will receive a $300 one-time stipend for this track that will allow for usage online and in NYC taxi cabs.
• Artist will be provided with links and final version to use for their own promotion.
