RethinkPopMusic Chicago Showcase

RethinkPopMusic currently hosts three successful monthly showcases in NYC. RethinkPopMusic Chicago is now replicating the NYC model and looking for artists in the Chicago area to play their first RPM Chicago Showcase at The Empty Bottle on 1/12/11. Submitting acts should have a following in Chicago or the ability to ruthlessly promote. Regional acts are welcome to submit as RethinkPopMusic often exchanges dates when our artists are on tour. Submitting acts are required to bring a minimum of 10 people through the door. What is RethinkPopMusic?

RethinkPopMusic is a company devised and operated by young music industry professionals that are fed up with the exploitation of artists and an industry-wide lack of innovation. In short, RethinkPopMusic is a multiplatform initiative that will introduce “unaffiliated” musicians to consumer brands, film, television and numerous other facets of pop culture.
