The event takes place in Prescott Park, located on 3.5 waterfront acres in the vibrant downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The Arts Festival has a rich, 35-year history of successfully presenting a full range of arts and culture events with no fixed admission, attracting thousands of attendees to its events each summer.
The primary objective of the Festival is to provide quality family entertainment, promote artistic excellence in the community, and maintain quality presentations of both entertainment and educational events.
