Summary

Michael Riser, acclaimed performer and hit songwriter, hosts a songwriter's showcase at Chicago City Limits in Schaumburg, Illinois that features acoustic artists every third Wednesday each month.

All genres are accepted provided they can play only acoustic material. He is looking for local, regional, and touring groups or solo artists. He features about 15-25 artists per night in a "round-robin" style of playing. Artists are allowed to sell their merchandise free of commission. A back-line and equipment will also be provided at the venue.
