The "River City Blues Festival" is a small, quality, strictly blues music festival, held each March at a beautiful, historic "Riverboat Era" hotel on the banks of the Ohio River -- The Lafayette Hotel, in historic downtown Marietta, Ohio (the first settlement in Ohio and the Northwest Territory). This will be the 18th Annual "River City Blues Festival"; we have a very high percentage of returning festivalgoers, most reserve their room for the following year when they check out after the current year. Our festival is EARLY, before the traditional "festival season" begins, thereby we are able to negotiate lower artist fees that allow us to present artists at our little festival that we could not normally afford during "festival season". GOOD, QUALITY SMALL, INTIMATE FESTIVAL.
