Summary

Riverfront Productions is holding its' 5th Annual Battle of the Bands in Fort Erie, Ontario for 8 individual shows (Oct. 22, Nov. 12, Dec. 10, Jan. 14, Feb. 11, Mar. 10, Apr. 7 and the championship show May 5). They will give each band 50 tickets to sell for the event. The first 25 tickets sold come back to the event cost while the other 25, the band keeps the money from the sale of them. The lineup is based on ticket sales. The more tickets sold the later in the show they play. The winner of the individual show also headlines the next show. They will also be the feature band on their TV show "Meet the Bands"./n/n8 Individual Shows (Oct. 22, Nov. 12, Dec. 10, Jan. 14, Feb. 11, Mar. 10, Apr. 7 and the championship show May 5)



They will give each band 50 tickets to sell for the event. The first 25 tickets sold come back to the event cost while the other 25, the band keeps the money from the sale of them. Tickets for this show are $5.00. Each band can make up to $125.00 or more for a ½hr set. If the band is 45 minutes or more they must pay a $75.00 entrance fee. Regardless of ticket sales each band gets a minimum ½ hr to play.



The lineup is based on ticket sales. The more tickets sold the later in the show they play. You are responsible for the safety of the tickets. In case of a tie, Riverfront Productions will pick the order. Out of town bands will be placed between the 2 best ticket sales bands. These shows run from 12pm to 8pm. The winner of each individual show advances to the Championship show to be held on May 5. The winner of the individual show also headlines the next show. They will also be the feature band on their TV show "Meet the Bands".



Prizes for Individual Shows:


  • 1st 6hrs Recording time Headline next show and go on our TV show

  • 2nd 4hrs Recording time

  • 3rd 2hrs Recording time

  • CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW



Prizes for Championship Show:

  • 1st $5,000.00 Recording contract and a picture shoot

  • 2nd 10hrs recording time at Riverfront Productions

  • 3rd 8hrs recording time at Riverfront Productions



Recording time prizes cannot be combined.

All prizes must be claimed by August 31 2012 11:59pm.
