Entering its 9th season, the Festival takes place from mid-June through mid-August, in a variety of public venues that canvas all of Downtown New York - from Chambers Street down to the southern tip of Manhattan and across the island from river to river.

They produce a world-class performing arts festival with a broad sweep of programming in order to enhance the vitality of cultural life in Lower Manhattan, removing barriers to experiencing live arts with free admission to popular, mostly outdoor, public venues. They aspire to attract diverse audiences.

The River To River Festival is now accepting submissions from Sonicbids artists for performance consideration. This is an excellent opportunity for an artist looking to expand a pre-existing fan base at outdoor venues for a knowledgeable audience. River To River is a multi-genre Festival and it prides itself in top-notch, experienced artists. Submitting artists should have experience in playing mid to large capacity venues on professional, large stages. Formal representation is also a plus.
