Rock The Mic & Cipher Thursday December 2011 Showcase

Rock the Mic is a monthly indie showcase held in Long Island City, NY and Cipher Thursday is a monthly Rap/Hip-Hop Showcase held in New Jersey. With the best unsigned artists from the New York area, the showcases are always full of talented artists and bands that attract A&R and industry people.



Shows are held once per month, and feature 8-9 artists who each perform 3 songs. They are seeking artists to perform as part of the Rock the MIc December showcase on December 17th and the Cipher Thursday show is TBA in December.



All artists are encouraged to submit to Rock the Mic and all Rap/Hip-Hop artists will be considered for Cipher Thursday only.



Artists who are selected can sell their merchandise. All sound equipment will be provided at the venue, but artists are responsible for bringing their own instruments and any additional equipment.
