Roger Williams University is looking for performers for several events during their Spring 2009 session.

There are many specific event opportunities for the Spring session, including:

  • The Common Ground Coffeehouse Series: This is located in a small venue in which is better suited for acoustic and poetry artists. Female artists are encouraged to applyas well. The dates still available are: Jan 30th, March 6th, April 3rd.

  • Breaking Norms Committee Events: On February 6: They are looking for something other than music, such as a novelty or comedy act. February 7th they are holding a Comedy evening, and they are looking for a well known comedy act for March 28th.

  • For Spring Weekend: April 30th, they are looking for small bands to play at quadfest and May 2nd, there is a block party, with 2,000+ attendees in which they are looking for 2 bands to play at.

    A PA system is provided and compensation is negotiable.

    This school of nearly 4,000 students located on a stunning 140 acres overlooking Mount Hope Bay, the Roger Williams campus takes advantage of the New England coastlineĀ’s natural beauty. And their location in historic Bristol, RI, is easily accessible from Providence, Boston or New York City.
