Pete Francis (of Dispatch) – Originally known for being the vocalist/guitarist in the largest independent act in US history, Dispatch, Francis has been signed to a major label as a solo artist, toured the world and set up his own label with major distribution through Roll Call’s Management. Francis just finished up a new record with producer Jeff Trott (Sheryl Crow's producer, writer) and musicians Brian LeBarton (Beck’s musical director and keyboardist) and Justin Meldal-Johnsen (Beck & NIN bassist).

Jer Coons – 21 year old pop-singer/songwriter who has gone from local VT artist to nationally touring, radio charting, iTunes chart topping independent act in months. This is a management opportunity for talented artists looking to progress in their career. RCE is accepting submissions from a wide variety of genres.
