6th Annual 2013 NCN Rompetition

In the No Contracts Needed ROMPETITION's 6th year, the competition looks fiercer as the prizes become more enticing to the Northeast's best up and coming independent acts. This year's winner will once again open LIFT Fest and win a fully recorded and mixed EP. But, the 2013 Rompetition winner will also take home a fully produced HD music video and more. These prizes are an independent musician's dream. The Rompetition consistently takes independent musicians to another level giving independent musicians the promotional pieces that DIY bands are always working towards.

The Rompetition is a magnet to the best up and coming talents in the Northeast. The winners and finalists are currently forces thriving in the DIY music industry. Musicians like Lady Lamb the Beekeeper, Richard James & The Name Changers, Sylvana Joyce & the Moment and Leaders Led have footprints on the Rompetition finals' stage.

The Rompetition started in 2008 in Boston, MA and has since expanded to 4 other locations. The competition has since become a 5 state, dual round, all ages, open genre, fan & industry judge decided musical competition w/ dates in NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
