- May be asked to lead a reggae youth workshop.
The mission of Rowan Blues and Jazz Society is to preserve, promote and present the art forms of blues and jazz music through educational programs in their schools, community and through annual blues and jazz festivals. They also encourage youth musicians and bands through performances with more experienced musicians as well as their peers. They support local charitable events selected by board members and to create lasting relationships with their community through partnerships with local businesses.
