The Opportunity
The Hollins House Restaurant at Pasatiempo Golf Club is launching a weekly special event called "Tapas Tuesdays," featuring live music and Spanish inspired small plates, wine and cocktails. The venue features outdoor dining with a view overlooking the Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz, California. Pasatiempo was designed by world-renowned golf architect Alister MacKenzie. Even though MacKenzie also designed Augusta National and Cypress Point, Pasatiempo is his favorite layout and is where he makes his American home.
The Band
- Flamenco/Spanish inspired is optimal, but not necessary
- Music must be approachable to the general public
