The Santa Monica Festival highlights the dynamic connection between the City’s communities, culture, business, environment and art. It is looking to book solo artists and bands to perform live at the 2011 festival in Clover Park. The music must be family-friendly as this is an all age event. There is 1 slot reserved for Sonicbids artists. Available sets vary from 45 minutes to an hour in length.



The Santa Monica Festival is an engaging cultural and ecological experience. It strives to follow a zero-waste principles in order to reduce its impact on the environment and the community while offering a day filled with art. Vibrant music and dance, art workshops, a global marketplace, a living library, and local and international cuisines attract an average attendance of 10,000 to 15,000. Taking place in Clover Park and produced by the City of Santa Monica Cultural Affairs Division, this is a fun event for all the family.



Previous performers include Ozomatli, Ricardo Lemvo & Makina Loca, The Little Ones, Dengue Fever and I See Hawks in LA.



Travel and lodging are the sole responsibility of the artist, so submissions outside of California are welcome, but forewarned.
