Saw Mill Cafe/Green Room - Seaside Park, NJ

The Green room is a 7,000 square foot restaurant that was designed to feature live entertainment in a concert type environment. The Greenroom resides above the Sawmill Cafe in it's own separate environment. It is fully enclosed at the beach on the south end of the Seaside Heights boardwalk in Seaside Park. The Sawmill Cafe is a newly constructed building that boasts a full service restaurant on the 1st floor and also supports a full kitchen and three bars.


Compensation is derived from several different factors such as the band’s ability to draw, time of the day and/or week, and depending if we are supporting a national/touring act. The Green Room is booked approximately 90 days before the event, although we do make adjustments for national touring acts.


The Green Room has been host to classic rock, alternative, pop and hip/hop on occasion. (Please, no country, folk, or progressive jazz). Our crowd tends to fall into the single male/female between ages 21 to 40. We are constantly searching for both cover artists, tribute bands and originals in the following genres: Rock, Alternative, Reggae, and Pop.


Some past performers have included: Jimmy Cliff, The Wailers, Kings X, Howard Jones, Cypress Hill, Glenn Till-brook, Finger 11 Bret Michael's, Spin Doctors, Smithereens, The Samples, Derek Trucks Band, Ever Clear, Violent Femmes, Method Man, The Roots, Gin Blossoms, Yellow Man, Steel Pulse. Soul Asylum, and Bad Fish.


We have a state of the art sound, light, and acoustic design for our room.
