The festival is looking for musicians from a wide variety of genres to perform for an energetic crowd in a beautiful scenery. Selected artists will be compensated a negotiable amount.

The Sawtooth Music Festival believes strongly in giving back to their community. Each year they choose a Stanley-based organization as beneficiary of festival proceeds. Past beneficiaries include The Parents' Association of the Stanley School and the Salmon River Clinic.

Previous bands include: Low-Fi, Jenny Owen Youngs, Elephant Revival, Portland Cello Project and Thao with the Get Down Stay Down.
