PLAY: Cafe Racer (WA)

Cafe Racer embraces that spirit of DIY invention, passion, and rebellion. We celebrate the musicians who imagine and create that sounds that define a generation.

We're looking for Sonicbids artists to play our great venue!

Availability and open slots change consistently, apply to play and we'll find out a day and time that works best for everyone!

Café Racer gets its name from the spirit of the iconic DIY motorcycles Café Racers were particularly associated with the urban Rocker or "Ton-Up Boys" youth subculture, where the bikes were used for short, quick rides between popular cafés, such as London's Ace Café on the North Circular ring road, and Watford's Busy Bee café.

Racer has long been home to Seattle artists of all mediums. The atmosphere fosters creativity. On any given day you'll find musicians, muralists, illustrators, writers, and performers of all kinds shoulder-to-shoulder at the bar or deep in conversation in the OBAMA Room.

We're open to artists of all genres and wanna help you build up your fanbase!

This is a great opportunity for local and regional acts to experience the Seattle fanbase!

We're proud of our DIY scene here in Seattle and know this a great for everyone to network with one another.

Standard backline is provided

• PA, house monitors, speakers
• Mics and mic stands
• Bands should be prepared to bring most their own equipment though
• Bands must be able to promote the show 
• Payment is determined upon time of booking
