Summary

The Septien Music Conference, brought to you by the Septien Entertainment Group and the Septien Center for Artists Training, will take place August 25-27 at the Addison Conference and Theater Center in Dallas, Texas. The top-notch event will feature workshops and seminars from important figures in the industry and feature performances from up-and-coming artists and bands as well. Submit now to perform in our Saturday night competition for the chance to win $20,000 in prizes, consultations with record companies and Grammy-award winning songwriters, training and recording time, and the chance to meet one-on-one with the panelist of your choice!



Please note: All artists selected to perform will be required to register online at our site for the Septien Music Conference. We will provide you with a special code for a $375 discount on registration costs. Our panels are made of Grammy Award-Winning Songwriters who have done it all again and again; producers who always seem to produce the latest hits; A & R execs who actually still have a job; internet nerds who have taken the time to figure out how to be your own everything on the internet; engineers who can explain the importance of defining your sound; and vocal gurus who can show you how to make that sound and take care of it!!!



Panelists at this conference are here to educate you and make you better music business men and women. Keynote Speakers at the event will include Chuck Comeau of Simple Plan and vocal expert Linda Septien! In addition to these speakers, other panelists will include A&R professionals from Atlantic, BMG, TVT, and RCA Records, and the head of West Coast A&R for Arista Records and founder of the A&R Registry Ritch Esra.

    In addition to all of these great panelists, CDBaby.com, Myspace.com, Sonicbids, and Indie-Music.com will share trade secrets for self marketing, little known internet secrets, and how to get your music exposed. Clear Channel, Arbitron, and local radio stations will expose the “New Age” of radio and how to work it to your advantage. Roy Elkins, the CEO of Broadjam, will teach budding and even seasoned artists how to use Internet labels and how to market themselves using the Net.
