The Shadows Of Knight - Guitarist Needed

The Shadows Of Knight , a national touring recording act, seek a guitarist.

The band's biggest hit "Gloria!" sold EIGHT MILLION records! “Shake” the band’s other big single sold another million. In the band’s long history, they have opened for both The Who & The Rolling Stones.



More recently, in October of 2006, S.O.K. finished a headlining tour for "Little Steven’s Underground Garage" with The Romantics & The Charms opening for them. After that, the band did a VH-1 Special with Cheap Trick and released "A Knight To Remember", a CD of all new material. There is another new CD, scheduled for a 2007 release as well as a Halloween CD single to be released in Oct 2007.



The band began in Chicago in 1966. Founding lead singer Jimy Sohns and longtime bassist Lee Brovitz are still on board along with Mike Campbell on drums and Michael J on Keyboards.



Any guitar player who applies needs to understand the history of the band and use vintage guitars only. This individual should also be a team player and when on an SOK gig, promotes SOK only and not solo projects.



SOK’s new CD is an all -star event and the opportunity to work with even more national stars is not only possible, but probable. No promise is made in regard to the amount of shows that SOK will play in 2007.



The band is co-managed by Lee Brovitz and Pat Horgan with Pat Horgan Talent acting as exclusive agent.
