Summary

Steez Promo is putting on the 1st Annual Show Me What You Got! Battle of the Bands Edition. A total of 21 Bands will compete against each other for major prizes and 6 finalists will make it to the finals on October 23rd. The competition will take place at Bedrock in Baltimore, MD, on October 7th, 8th & 9th.



The event will be hosted by 98 Rock with 3 judges each night that are prominent members of the Baltimore/DC music scene. Judging will be based on musical ability, stage performance, professionalism and crowd response.



They are now accepting submissions from Sonicbids bands to participate in the competition. There is at least 1 slot reserved for a Sonicbids band and that 1 band will have the $200 entry fee waived. Each band will have a full 30 minutes to perform and complimentary beverages and food will be provided at the venue. Steez Promo will give each band 50 tickets and the bands keep 100% percent of their ticket sales. This is a great competition that has perks for all bands that are involved. Below is a full list of prizes.



Grand Prize

  • $1,000 cash

  • 20 hours of studio time at Hour Haus Studios

  • Case of Red Bull

  • Bottle of Jack Daniels (If 21+)

  • Show at Rams Head Live!

  • Headlining show at Bedrock



    Runner Up

  • 10 hours of studio time at Hour Haus Studios

  • $75 cash

  • Gift certificates



    3rd Place

  • $100 cash

  • Support slot at Bedrock



    4th Place

  • Support slot at Bedrock

  • $25 cash



    All 6 finalists will receive $25 for qualifying for the finals.
