PLAY: Sidecar (CA)

Sidecar is San Diego's premier live music venue. Currently, we're hosting open mic nights every Tuesday. If you're looking to share some of your music, jam with other musicians, and gain new fans, apply now. Sidecar is looking for standout bands to play throughout the late fall/early winter months. We're looking ahead to the later months of 2020 due to social distancing practices currently in place. 

This is an amazing opportunity to perform your music as well as jam with other great musicians and singers in SoCal.

• We're looking for musicians and singers of every genre. Musicians are welcome to sing and perform cover songs as well. 
• We ask all musicians participating to bring a crowd so we can build this up and make it the hottest open mic in San Diego
• Bands must be actively playing shows 
• Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
• All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase
• Acts must have a solid online presence 

• Every Tuesday 7-10 p.m
• PA provided
• Basic backline provided 
• Capacity 75+
• Local bands must be able to draw  10+
• Bands are able to sell merch on-site
• This is also a great opportunity for local acts
