PLAY: Sidecar (CA) Fall/Winter

Sidecar is San Diego's premier live music venue. Currently, we're hosting open mic nights every Tuesday. If you're looking to share some of your music, jam with other musicians, gain new fans this is the gig for you! Sidecar is looking for awesome bands to play throughout the Fall/Winter. With a dedicated local following, this is a great way to build your reputation in and play with other great bands.

This is an amazing opportunity to perform your music as well as jam with other great musicians and singers. If you've been looking for a stage to perform in a relaxed and welcoming environment, this is the place for you!

Sidecar is looking for awesome bands to play throughout the Fall/Winter. This is an ongoing opportunity to apply, and we'll find the best date for your band. This is an amazing opportunity to get active in a super progressive music scene and start building a fan base and relationships with one of the best venues in town.

We're looking for musicians and singers of every genre. Musicians are welcome to sing and perform cover songs as well. We ask all musicians participating to bring a crowd so we can build this up and make it the hottest open mic in San Diego. 

Bands must be actively playing shows 

Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play

Bands are able to sell merch on-site

All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase

Acts must have a solid online presence 

Every Tuesday 7-10 p.m

Local bands must be able to draw  10+

Bands get drinks

This is also a great opportunity for local, regional up and coming acts to get more visibility. If you're looking to get involved with this show, meet other artists and gain new fans, this is the gig for you!
