Please join us every Friday at Sizzle On Broadway for the Unplugged Acoustic Night. We are looking for small bands and acoustic artists in these areas of music:
Progressive/alternaive Rock
Pop Rock
Tribute Bands
Country- (more new country)
Blues
R&B
World Beat
If you can play your music acoustically that would be best for our venue, yet we can accommodate small four piece bands.
Shows are co-sponsored by the Chicago Music Guide (www.chicagomusicguide.com) and there are 2-3 performance slots per night. Right now we are only looking to book Fridays, but that may change as we add more dates. Please note we book up to two months in advance. Artists will be compensated for their performances.
The club has been around for years, but the music just started in August 2004 with great success. We were featured on 190 North, a local TV show for the hottest campus bars in October 2004 and on a local webzine - the Chicago Music Guide.
