Summary

Get up, Detroit and do something at the first annual Something To Do on September 20, 2008. It's the ultimate free event featuring live music concerts, dance, free food, and youth activities. The event will begin with activates for children and conclude with salsa and hustle lessons on the dance floor.


Something To Do is seeking jazz, gospel, pop/rock, and alternative performers for this community event for Metro Detroiters. The event will be held in the International Institute located in the heart of DetroitÂ’s cultural district near Wayne State University. The institute holds 250-500 people. Basic audio support is provided, but selected performers must provide their own instruments. This is a growing event held annually in Detroit, its increasing popularity and compassionate staff hosts a wonderful event year after year.
