Songwriter's Renaissance - Singer/Songwriter Showcase

Songwriter's Renaissance is accepting submissions from Southern California based songwriters to perform their original material at The Renaissance Club in Dana Point. This event occurs on the second Sunday of every month, and runs from 5pm to 8pm. The showcase is formatted in the round, so during each set, all four performers will be on stage together at the same time sharing their songs, and the stories behind their music. Artists will get to play 4 original tunes.

Here’s what selected artists get:

• A chance to play 4 original tunes.


• Artists can sell their merchandise and keep 100% of the profits.


• Mics, PA, and a keyboard provided will be provided at the venue, but artists are responsible for bringing their own instruments and any additional equipment.

Please note that this is a showcase for songwriters, not “musical acts”. If artists need an accompanist, that's not a problem; however, there are no provisions for an additional backup singer, a bass player, extra guitar player, percussionist, etc. Songwriter's Renaissance will contact artists for booking at least month prior to the date of the show.
