Sounds on the Grounds - Australia

The deadline is approaching to submit to Sounds on the Grounds, which is taking place at Hobart Regatta Grounds and is a family friendly event with two stages, expecting to attract thousands of attendees. This all ages event is a one day celebration of music and good times. The festival will showcase around ten artist, and will provide transportation for acts the day of the festival. Artists from all of the world are encouraged to submit.



Sounds on the Grounds is a first year event run by Main Stage Events. Mainstage Events is a 100% Tasmanian owned company specialising in services including event management and promotion, securing Australian and International acts, corporate sponsorship and government grants. We have the skills and resources to take care of every aspect of an event of any size. Our media wing is made up of highly experienced print, web, and video production staff.



Main Stage Events flagship event is The Soundscape Festival, Hobart's largest annual music event, attracting over 6,000 patrons in 2010. Sounds in the Ground will utilize the infrastructure of the Soundscape Festival.
