Summary

Sounds of Hope is a benefit concert that takes place every Friday Night (7:30 - 10:30PM) at The PotterÂ’s House in Washington DC. The Potter's House is a non-profit, smoke free, alcohol free, family friendly restaurant, bookstore, church and art gallery operating since 1960. For the past 5 years, the Sounds of Hope concert series has partnered with a variety of performers, helping to raise money and awareness for hundreds of charities from education to AIDS health awareness to homeless service centers.

Currently, Sounds of Hope is seeking local and touring artists interested in performing for a good cause. Sounds of Hope is interested in all genres but artists should keep in mind that the concert series is family friendly and therefore submissions with inappropriate themes or profanity will not be considered.

Opening acts are compensated through their own merchandise sales. Headliners that wish to perform for a good cause and earn additional compensation will need to team up with a charity and another local artist that, along with the house, will split the profits with them.
