The Singer-Songwriter of Cape May will be held on March 30 & 31, 2012 at the historic Congress Hall, Harrison Conference Center and 15 venues in Cape May, New Jersey. The conference hosts music industry professionals, musicians and registered guests for two afternoons of music business panels, clinics, workshops, mentoring sessions and musical keynotes. The showcases will celebrate new music from over 150 selected acts and artists for two nights at 15 venues over the singer-songwriter weekend. All events are open to the public.
Registration or artist showcase submission is required for afternoon conference participation. All showcase performances are free and the public is invited to attend.

There are 100 slots reserved for Sonicbids artists. All acts that submit to showcase get free registration credentials ($100 value) to attend and participate in the conference whether selected to showcase or not. The laminate is good for all access to the afternoon music business keynotes, panels, clinics, workshops, and mentoring sessions.

Cape May is the oldest seaside resort in the United States and stretches 20 miles into the Atlantic Ocean and below the Mason-Dixon Line. Famous for its rich history of visitors and Victorian architecture, this National Historic Landmark City also hosts world renowned jazz festivals. Cape May comes alive in early spring 2012 with this amazing event. The community shares in the celebration of original music during the showcase performances at night.
