Streetz 5th Annual BBQ 2010

The deadline is approaching to submit to play at the Streetz 5th Annual BBQ. Street Thoughts will select 3-5 Sonicbids artists to come out and promote their music, business, website or project at the BBQ. Every year, Streetz's tradition is to bring artists and business professionals in the community together for networking opportunities. This year, not only will attendees still be able to network, but selected artists will receive media prizes valued up to $2,500./n/nStreet Thoughts will select 3-5 Sonicbids artists to come out and promote their music, business, website or project at their 5th Annual BBQ. Every year, Streetz's tradition is to bring artists and business professionals in the community together for networking opportunities. This year, not only will attendees still be able to network, but selected artists will receive media prizes valued up to $2,500.



This opportunity is open to a variety of artists and business professionals. Prizes will be awarded as 1st, 2nd and 3rd with a possible 4th & 5th place prize. The event will take place at Seward Park.



Opportunities include, but are not limited to:

• Performance opportunity to rock the stage with TazDatMC at an upcoming show


• Royalty Magazine Cover Feature


• Royalty Magazine Artist Feature


• Feature in the Skidatel Newsletter


• Interview on Streetz Radio


• Radio play for 6 consecutive months


• Mixtape Feature


• Artist banner or logo included with our promotional material (6 consecutive months)


• Artist banner or logo posted within the Streetz community (Street Thoughts, Royalty Magazine, Streetz Radio and/or the Skidatel) for 6 consecutive months


• Email Blast sent to various artists, DJ's, labels, businesses, students, supporters, etc.


• Gift bag and other items

Even though the promoter is only selecting 3-5 artists for this project, ALL people who submit are still welcome to RSVP for this event to network and/or enjoy some delicious BBQ.



Winner(s) who are selected for performance opportunity will help hype up the crowd and act as back up for rapper TazDatMC. There may also be an opportunity for talented artists to rock the mic as well.



First prize winner will receive all media prizes. Second to fifth prize winners will be awarded accordingly to position placed and media prizes available<./i>


Please Note: food tickets must be purchased for this event. Food tickets are only $5. Selected artists and/or anyone who submits through this listing can purchase tickets for half off for only $2.50 per person.
