Summary

Studio 132 is currently accepting submissions for their third recording opportunity competition. Depending on the artist selected, Studio 132 will either mix and master an existing song for the artist, or provide two full days of free studio time. With an FTP site at the facility, you don’t have to come in and record if you are not local; they can mix and master remotely. Anyone can submit; a panel of music industry professionals led by founder BZ Lewis will judge all entries.

The panel will professionally evaluate each artist on their song writing and performance merits, narrowing down the list to a “Top 10” before choosing the final winner. Please note that songs will not be judged on recording quality, as that is where Studio 132 will come in. Additionally, all artists who choose to submit to the “critique” option will receive a professional, written evaluation of their music whether they are chosen as the winner or not. With the regular rate for studio time with a producer running around $150/hr, you can see just how valuable this prize is.
