Summary

This year, the Summerfolk Music & Crafts Festival will be celebrating her 29th Anniversary on the beautiful shores of Georgian Bay, located right in the heart of Owen Sound, Ontario. Summerfolk is a family-based festival with 7 workshop stages and two main stage venues. Each year Summerfolk receives performer packages from all over the planet "pleading" to play its stages – with around 45 acts selected to perform at the festival. The festival programs a wide variety of acoustically based music including folks, blues, world, country, gospel, spoken word and children’s entertainments. NOTE: Summerfolk does NOT accept Rock, Jazz, Rap or Hip Hop.



This year's Festival will be held Aug. 20-22, 2004. Georgian Bay is just a short two-hour drive north of Toronto.
