Summerset Winery, located just 7 miles south of Des Moines, IA, is an award winning winery that features live music every Sunday. It is looking to book bands good for a party atmosphere. Summerset Winery is especially nice for great blues artists (no hip hop or metal please). Artists will be compensated. Here’s what selected artists get:

• Artists will be compensated. This amount will be negotiated at the time of booking.
• 3 hour sets.
• Artists must bring their own equipment for the outdoor venue, and a house PA is available for indoor stages.

Summerset Winery has 3 possible venues; an outdoor stage with a capacity of 1,000 plus, and 2 indoor stages with capacities of 250 and 100. The winery is host to many group tours, special events, wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as live music every Sunday afternoon. The winery now produces 150,000 bottles of wine a year and has continued to be one of the largest producing wineries in the state.
