Here’s what selected artists get:

  • Promotion through the restaurant's social networking chains (ie: print media).

  • Artists have the option to receive a live recording upon request and also a live online stream of show on ustream.com (must request ahead of time).

  • Exposure while performing live in front of 170 people (at capacity).

A sound system will be provided at the venue, but artists are responsible for bringing their own instruments and additional equipment. Artists must be from the US or Canada, and all performed music must be free of explicit material.

About the venue:

Almond is a restaurant that combines talented chefs and 35 years of experience into a friendly, familial-like restaurant, that boasts bold bistro fare at more than affordable prices. In the spring of 2001, co-owners and childhood friends Jason Weiner and Eric Lemonides opened a Parisian bistro in bridgehampton offering bold bistro fare at reasonable prices, convivial service and an attractive dining room.

Nine successful years later find the two friends and now long time partners at the helm of a new Almond, in the heart of Manhattan's Flat Iron district. Opened in October 2008, the neighborhood has fully embraced Almond and we hope to continue to provide a home away from home for our guests for years to come.
