Supernova Battle of the Bands

Supernova is calling all bands looking to play live! Supernova.com is now accepting bands across USA and Canada for year-round Battle of the Bands competitions with chances to win recording time, merch packages, tours, and tons more!

Specific prizes vary depending on which city you compete in, although they are generally some sort of combination of recording time, merchandise or more live opportunities. Typically, Supernova’s Battle of the Bands shows draw around 400 people per show.

Shows are generally all ages and there are no fees for the bands to play!

You can expect to acquire new fans while playing weekend shows at notable clubs. Supernova's shows feature bands from a number of genres, each bringing out their fans – fans your band hasn’t had a chance to play to until now! Select backline is provided at each event so you don’t have to worry about hauling all of your equipment to the venue. Additionally – if you have band merchandise, feel free to bring it and your band will keep 100% of all sales that you make!

Supernova has been producing Battle of the Bands competitions since 1992. There are shows every week throughout Canada and monthly dates in select cities in the US. Click here to see the full list of dates and locations.
