It's that time of the year for local, regional and touring bands to come and play at Los Angeles's best music venue! Surge Event is run by MUSICIANS for MUSICIANS. 

Availability and open slots change consistently, apply to play and we'll find out a day and time that works best for everyone!

Silverlake Lounge Los Angeles is a small, indie-rock and sometimes comedy venue, located on the world-famous Sunset Boulevard.  Our mission is to provide artist friendly terms in artist friendly environments. Surge Event delivers a variety of value for performers, venues, and industry. 

Silverlake Lounge Los Angeles boasts a top of the line sound system in an intimate setting which no doubt goes some way to explaining its allure for both audiences and up-and-coming performers. Rufus Wainwright and Silversun Pickups are just two of the now hugely successful acts to have appeared on the Silverlake Lounge schedule in past years. 

This is an ongoing opportunity to apply, and we'll find the best date for your band. This is an amazing opportunity to get active in a super progressive music scene and start building a fan base and relationships with one of the best venues in town.

• Must be age 21+
• We're looking for bands of all genres that play original music. We love Rock, Alternative, Folk, Blues and Soul acts, and Comedic Acts are also welcome to apply
• Bands must be actively playing shows 
• Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
• All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase
• Acts must have a solid online presence

• Set length 30-35 minutes
• Sound and lights provided
• Backline provided; includes drum kit and bass amp
• Bands are able to sell merch on-site
  

• Selected acts receive 100% of ticket sales ($10) after the first 15 tickets sold
• Band members receive drink tickets
• Capacity 250
• Bands must draw 25+
