Taste Mid-Town Music Festival

Taste Wine Shoppe and Bar is an upscale and diverse wine shop/bar in midtown Mobile, AL with an outdoor capacity of 1000+. In 2010, their First Annual Taste Midtown Music Festival featured local artists, musicians and food vendors. They will continue that success this year, raising thousands for Penelope House, a local charity organization for battered women and children./n/nTaste Wine Shoppe and Bar is an upscale and diverse wine shop/bar in midtown Mobile, AL with an outdoor capacity of 1000+. In 2010, their First Annual Taste Midtown Music Festival featured local artists, musicians and food vendors. The event was heavily promoted on radio and television and was a huge success, raising thousands for Penelope House, a local charity organization for battered women and children.

A local draw is not necessary to be booked, but is preferable. No monetary compensation is offered because this is a fund raising effort for a local charity but food and drink will be provided to all of the bands. All bands will be allowed to sell merchandise but are responsible for bringing their own merchandise table and tent if required.

Musicians, artists and vendors were given the chance to showcase their talents to a diverse audience. The second annual event will bring touring bands and artists to Mobile, AL. We are currently seeking musicians and performance artists for the next Taste Midtown Music Festival. All show slots will be filled through Sonicbids, and a minimum of 3 or more Sonicbids artists are guaranteed to be selected. Set lengths will be 1 Hour.



The event will be taking place in mid-Spring 2011.
