PLAY: The Delancey (NYC)

The Delancey is a Lower East Side gem that has been the launching pad for hundreds of bands and has continued to be a staple in the Downtown NYC music scene.

The Delancey is a three-level club equipped with a music venue, downstairs, a main-level bar, and a rooftop garden peering out onto the Manhattan side of the Williamsburg Bridge. Located on Delancey Street in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, just a few blocks from the F / M / J / Z trains, we're in the epicenter of the thriving Downtown NYC music scene. The Delancey has always supported indie artists and gives musicians a platform to showcase their music in on our legendary stage. Since 2004, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of indie music in NYC, and we strive to continue giving artists the opportunity to play on our stage.

The Downstairs Performance Space is a full capacity live music venue equipped with a private bar, DJ booth, backline, and state of the art light and sound system. The room accommodates a wide spectrum of events including local, national and international acts, DJs, and private parties. 

• Bands must have live show history in New York and be able to draw a paid crowd
• We're looking for Rock, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Folk, R&B, Acoustic, Funk, World, Indie, Blues, and Soul acts, we also book DJ's
• Bands must be actively playing shows 
  
• Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
  
• Bands are able to sell merch on-site 
  
• Bands must have a solid online presence 

• Set lengths are 45 minutes

• Stage Size: 10 feet x 15 feet 

***Drummers must bring their own sticks, snare drum, kick pedal, clutch and cymbals***
