The Brink Lounge (Jul-Oct '11)

The Brink Lounge, located in Madison, WI, is a music lounge and nightclub. It is looking to book mostly local and regional bands, but is open to touring band requests. The Brink Lounge welcomes most genres like blues, rock, folk, country, gypsy, swing, and bluegrass. Solo artists must be able 15+. Bands must be able to draw 50+. It is looking to book mostly local and regional bands, but is open to touring band requests. There are two to three solo artists and bands to perform live on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The Brink Lounge welcomes most genres like blues, rock, folk, country, gypsy, swing, bluegrass. Solo artists must be able to draw 15+. Bands must be able to draw 50+.

Selected artists receive:

• Compensation is negotiable and varies based on artist


• Artists may sell merchandise


• PA system available (sometimes unavailable if there is more than 1 show going on, so artist may have to provide their own sound, negotiable)

The Brink Lounge has 2 rooms, the nightclub which holds 150 people and the music lounge which holds up to 300 people.
