The Fire Escape (Apr-Jul '09)

The Fire Escape is a music venue in Kingsport, Tennessee, and they are actively seeking musicians and performance artists. A local draw is not necessary to be booked, but is preferable. Set lengths will be 30-60 minutes.



Typically, artists receive a split of the door, with two artists playing in a night. There is limited backline at the venue – a sound system, including vocal mics, monitors and a sound person is available. We will give you contact information of bands playing with you.



The Fire Escape will contact artists for booking approximately two months prior to the date of the show. Genres accepted include: acoustic, alternative, bluegrass, blues, contemporary Christian, country, gospel, holy hip hop, rock, metal, electronic/dance/DJ, reggae, soul and spoken word. Past performers include Third Day, Disciple, Stellar Kart, Post Mortum and many more.
