Summary

Maddmaxx Entertainment is an artist development & management company. "The Formula" will take place the third Saturday of each month from July until November at Olives in the beautiful town of Nyack, New York. Each show will showcase the best unsigned bands/acts on the east coast. Previous bands have come from as far as Buffalo, Syracuse & Toronto Canada.



Bands that have performed at this venue have gone on to perform on the Warped Tour & have been looked at by representatives from Sony, Universal, Interescope & Wind Up Records. Sponsors for this event have included Red Bull, Rolling Rock, Magic Hat, Red Stripe & Heineken beer. There are three spots reserved each month for Sonicbids artists. Two spots are reserved for rock bands & one spot each month is reserved for a hip-hop/r&b artist, group or band. Free drink tickets will be available for those performing.



Selected artist are compensated for their performance based on draw. Must draw a minimum of 20 fans to qualify.
