Summary
The Greatest Bar is located on Friend Street in Boston, MA, across the street from the T.D. Garden. It is one of the premier bars in the city, with 4 floors and a 14 ft, high definition TV.
Every Wednesday they invite local bands to come perform at the bar. They welcome cover bands, tribute bands, pop and top 40 bands, rock bands, R&B bands.
They do not provide lodging of any sort, and therefore we primarily book bands based in New England. Compensation is provided, and rates are negotiable.
The Greatest Bar is also involved with NESN's Dirty Water TV, the only nightlife television program in New England. Every Friday night at The Greatest Bar they host Dirty Water Fridays with live broadcasts from Dirty Water TV and Mix 104.1. If your band builds a following at The Greatest Bar, they would certainly be interested in doing a feature on you for Dirty Water TV. They would also consider having you host a Dirty Water Friday. Past Dirty Water Friday hosts include Miss Massachusetts, James Massone from NBC's the Voice, and The Celebrity Apprentice's Aubrey O'Day.
