The Indie Uncovered Show (Oct-Jan '12)

The Indie Project is a non-profit group dedicated to the promotion of indie music and its aim is to connect, assist and promote indie artists. They will be launching The Indie Uncovered show at the end of November. It is an internet based show that will be streamed worldwide, with it's main office based in Australia. They are taking registrations for any artist not linked to a major label. Registration is free and all music submitted will be considered for both Indie Project FM and Indie Uncovered. They are reserving one slot for a Sonicbids artist every month/n/nThe Indie Project is a non-profit group dedicated to the promotion of indie music and its aim is to connect, assist and promote indie artists. The Indie Project connects indie artist around the world with others to help them grow, develop, and learn from one another. They also help these artists connect with music industry people to aid in the enhancement of an artists profile and career.

They are taking registrations for any artist not linked to a major label. Registration is free and all music submitted will be considered for both Indie Project FM and Indie Uncovered. They are reserving one slot for a Sonicbids artist every month

Selected artists will receive

• There is no compensation but this is a free promotion service with a link back to the artists tracks on iTunes.


• The three best artists will receive their own show (One artist per month) which will consist of an interview with Indie Guy and their album played track by track.


• The show will then be made available to the artist as a podcast for them to give away.


• All other entrants will be guaranteed a placement and membership in The Indie Project. Should the song prove popular it will be placed into full rotation.

There is no traffic results yet as they have only launched the Indie Project and have yet to Launch the Indie Project FM. THey are expecting listenership to be between 500 and 1000 when they launch.

Please note: It is important that the artist completes their details on www.theindieproject.org as the radio player will pick up pics, bio and iTunes links for displaying when the song is being played.
