The Music City Awards: Round 1

Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to The Music City Awards. They are looking for the best independent artists and bands from all over the world. A panel of music industry professionals will chose the top 5 nominees in each category and the winners in each genre. These judges include Mark Slaughter (of "Slaughter"), Adelle Borchetta, Eric Copeland, Eddie Kilgallon, and Sharp Objects, just to name a few. The five final nominees in each category will receive a written critique from one of the judges listed above./n/nThe Music City Awards is the first awards of its kind. Nominees and winners will receive official certificates of achievement and get priority entry in 2012. The five final nominees in each category will receive a written critique from one of the judges listed above.

The Music City Awards has more genres than other awards shows and they give equal opportunity to each style of music. Genre categories include: Rock, Pop, Country, Christian, Hip-Hop/R&B, Americana/Bluegrass, Singer/Songwriter, Instrumental, Comedy, and International.
