It is accepting song submissions from hip hop and urban artists to be selected by the fans and featured on the album. Tank Records will be letting the fans pick who is featured on the album. 25 songs will be chosen by Tank Records and then posted onto a social network site, where the selected artists will be chosen based upon number of plays and unique comments by fans. From there the selected artists will be featured on Tank Records, "The Next Big Thing", compilation album slated for release in January 2011.
