Summary

The Next Holiday Classic is a free internet song contest for original holiday and seasonal songs. TNHC showcases songs that may not always be “cutting edge” according to current music trends, but rather, may stand the “test of time” for years to come.

You are invited to submit your entries and compete for cash prizes and the opportunity for your song to be presented to major recording artists and film/tv supervisors.

During each of the three consecutive Semifinals weeks beginning November 24, 2012, online voters will determine which songs will advance to the final. The Finals will then be held the week of December 15, 2012.

The Winner of The Next Holiday Classic 2012 will be announced December 22, 2012.

This year's prizes include:


  • 1st place winner will receive US $1000 cash

  • 2nd Place winner will receive $500 cash

  • 3rd place winner will receive $200 cash

  • Remaining finalists will receive a $25 Amazon gift certificate
